Jam
Sports Jam

Lovingly missed by Cynthia O'Brien & Sheri Valentine
Born: October 4, 1992 ~~~ Crossed to the Bridge: January 16, 2003

Oh Jam,
The hours are so short now,
We have lived a lifetime this past week.
Your favorite walks, your favorite toys,
Your favorite foods to eat.

We kept the cold from chilling you
We kept the pain away
All the while knowing
It would bring us to today.

And now the pain is coming through.
You know we'll do what's right.
We will help you in the morning, Jam
And lie here with you tonight.

And through the night I prayed and prayed
For Jam to be all right.
Oh, Lord, give me a miracle
Don't take my Jam this night.

I'll surrender all I own and have
Please take his pain away
Oh, Lord, give me a miracle
Please make my Jam to stay.

And God replied to me this night
and In my dreams he said ... I am...
The one that sent the miracle,
I already gave you Jam.

Run with the wind, my friend, run with the wind
Cynthia O'Brien 2003

Jammy... I've missed you so much. Find all your brothers and sisters and run with the wind

Jess
Lovingly missed by Stacey Moon
Born: May 19, 1989 ~~~ Crossed to the Bridge: December 10, 1998

Gentle heroine (Jess) the only greyhound I know that went half way round the track,
had enough and came home again, that was my dog.
She loved her double quilts, and when nobody else was home,
laying on my bed with me even though I think she thought she should have it all.
Even though its been two years since I lost you Jess,
I still think about you all the time, you were a dog in a million.
There will be no other dog like you,
and I still carry a picture of you in my purse
Love you lots, your human friend Stace

Shadow
Lovingly missed by David and Norma Morgan
Born: July 15, 1991 ~~~ Crossed to the Bridge: March 3, 2000

Will you weep with me,
when my Shadow falls.
When my Shadow falls,
will you weep.

When your crimes are overwhelming
and your tears are rolling dry
You rest your pain on your elbows
cause everything has died
I will blaze on you the heavens
let me sing your lullaby
I'm going to be a Amazing Angel,
embrace you with my light

Born: unknown ~~~ Crossed to the Bridge: February 1991

They are gone now, all have become shadows of my heart.
They gave love that was for always, and asked for nothing
but the quiet presence of a gentle touch.
Companions of earthly years, memories of forever;
the eyes of my soul with wet noses.
Angels with longtails, they are close now...
always near.

A moose named Arnold
Lovingly missed by George and Cat McChristian
Born: September 15, 1989 ~~~ Crossed to the Bridge: March 31, 2000

You were our first Grey and you stole our hearts away.
You were so gentle and kind. You loved everyone you saw.
You stole our hearts away and it's YOURS forever!
The cancer took so much from you and in your time of need,
I tried to carry you when you could not walk,
I held you in my arms and would kiss your sweet face.
We miss you so badly,
we still don't understand why you had to leave.
We saw somewhere a saying that touched my heart. Here it is for you, Arnold:

If tears could build a stairway,
and memories a lane,
I'd walk right up to heaven
and bring you home again!

We love you the Moose named Arnold!

Ralphie
Lovingly missed by Kayleigh MacPhail
Born: 1995 ~~~ Crossed to the Bridge: 1997

Ralph was a gorgeous dog, but somebody poisoned him and he popped his clogs.
A very naughty (and loud) boy at times but will always be loved.
Bye Ralphie

Lucy
Lovingly missed by The McElroy Family
Born: August 1990 ~~~ Crossed to the Bridge: May 16, 2000

Lucy
God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be.
So he put his arms around you and whispered "Come with me"
With tearful eyes I watched you, and saw you fade away,
Although I loved yo dearly, I could not make you stay.
A million times I've need you, a million times I've cried,
If my love could have kept you here, you never would have died.
If teardrops were a stairway, and memories were a lane,
I'd walk all the way to Heaven, and bring you home again.

Forever in our hearts

CJ
Lovingly missed by Melissa, Sam and Lyndon McClure
Born: July 11, 1990 ~~~ Crossed to the Bridge: March 3, 2003

At a young age of 2 you raced your last race in Florida and
were on your way to the vets to be put to death.
A beautiful light brindle with dark golden eyes stole the heart of the vet and NGAP.
You came off the plane not knowing where your fate had taken you.
It took you into our hearts. For 10 years together we experienced a companionship
from house pet, to a lure coursing champion, to a pillow potato.
We watched as your weight melted away from your swelt frame, to the unsteady gait,
and the hurt within your body, which you vainly tried to hide from us.
The decision to let you go to the Rainbow Bridge was not an easy decision
and as you fought to stay alive with your last breath, my heart broke.
I heard your nails click on the wooden floor last night and realized that you
will remain with us with your spirit. CJ you were loved and always will be.

Sonny
Lovingly missed by Janie and Paul McBride
Born: October 8, 1995 ~~~ Crossed to the Bridge: November 14, 2004

A gentle blue brindle giant. Sonny Boy. The softest fur, the most playful attitude, and a brave heart. That is how he will be remembered.
